PORTION OF THIS WEB SERVICE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS WEB SERVICE.

unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. HSS Online assumes
no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User communications. HSS
Online is not responsible for any technical malfunction or other problems of
any telephone network or service, computer systems, servers or providers,
computer or mobile phone equipment, software, failure of email or players on
account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any
Site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to User's or to any
other person's computer, mobile phone, or other hardware or software, related
to or resulting from using or downloading materials in connection with the Web
and/or in connection with the Service, including any Mobile Client software.
Under no circumstances will HSS Online be responsible for any loss or damage,
including any loss or damage to any User Content or personal injury or death,
resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service, any User Content or
Third Party Applications, Software or Content posted on or through the Site or
the Service or transmitted to Users, or any interactions between users of the
Site, whether online or offline.
HSS Online reserves the right to change any and all
content, software and other items used or contained in the Site and any
Services and Platform Applications offered through the Site at any time without
notice. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information, by
trade name, trademark, manufacturer, and supplier or otherwise does not
constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof, or any
affiliation therewith, by HSS Online.
Registration:
You can now begin using our site by filling out our online registration form.
By registering with us, you agree to provide accurate and current information about
yourself, addresses, email address and any other requested details and to
update that information if it changes.
Each member has a responsibility to ensure that the
information obtained from the site is not sold, transferred to a third party
without due consent of the one who authorized access initially.
We provide an access service only. We are not an
Internet service provider, however In order to avail of the HSS Online service,
you must have Internet access and all the software and appropriate skills
required for email and web usage.
By registering with the HSS Online, you are agreeing
to these Terms and Conditions.
User
Conduct:
We do not control the information provided by others which is made available
through our system. We only provide a venue where the HSS Online may be
accessed.
Members agree to:

account and password, including any content transmitted from your account.

Abuse
of Conduct Policy:
In the event you violate these Terms and Conditions, HSS Online has the right
to suspend or terminate any Member's access to the HSS Online or parts of it.
In this event HSS Online will not be obliged provide any service to such a
member or former member. Further you are responsible for everything which is
done on or through the HSS Online while your Membership account is logged on to

Intellectual
Property:
All content on the Site and available through the Service, including designs,
text, graphics, information, applications, software and other files, and their
selection and arrangement (the "Site Content"), are the proprietary
property of HSS Online, its users or its licensors with all rights reserved. No
Site Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced,
republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or
by any means, in whole or in part, without Department of Housing’s prior
written permission.
Any use of the Site or the Site Content other than as
specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission of a
Department of Housing, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the permission
granted herein. Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws
including copyright and trademark laws and applicable communications
regulations and statutes. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these
Terms of Use shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual
property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. This license is
revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.
Communications
Between HSS Online and You:
HSS Online will send electronic
mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to HSS
Online, or of any HSS Online related products and services. You may opt out of
this notification service by replying to the electronic mail that was sent with
the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
Termination:
HSS Online may terminate your membership, delete your profile, prohibit you
from using or accessing the Service or the Site (or any portion, aspect or
feature of the Service or the Site or any Platform Application) for any reason,
or no reason, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Should you breach this Agreement, HSS Online will revoke
your license to use the Service and suspend your right of access.
HSS Online has the right, at its sole discretion, to
modify this Agreement or the Service at any time. Changes in service will be
posted on at HSS Online, or sent via e-mail or postal mail to you. If any
portion of this Agreement or any change of this Agreement of the Service is
unacceptable to you or will cause you to no longer be in compliance with the
Agreement. Continued use of the service now or following posted notices of
changes in this Agreement means that you have accepted and are bound by the
changes.
